Reebok Invitational Results
June 20, 2009 - The Carolina Lady Ballers competed in the Reebok Invitational in Charlotte, NC. A one day tournament, each team completed in three games. The 12U went undefeated, playing two 14U teams and one 16U team! YBOA State Championship Results
June 7, 2009 - The Carolina Lady Ballers competed in the 2009 YBOA State Championship in Greenville, SC. The 12U team went undefeated to win the state championship and the 11U finished in 2nd place.

Great Smokies Shootout Results
May 24, 2009 - The Carolina Lady Ballers competed in the 2009 Great Smokies Shootout hosted by the WNC Lady Royals of Asheville, NC.
The 12U team finished second place to the Burke Jammers in the Gold Division championship bracket, finishing the weekend with a 5-1 record. The 11U team finished second place to the RCBA Bearcats in the Silver Division championship bracket, finishing the weekend with a 2-3 record.
CLB "Fish Fry & Grill Out"
May 16, 2009 - The girls and parents conducted a fund raising event at the Camden IGA grocery store on Saturday May 16th. The weather held out just long enough for a very successful day. A special thanks goes out to IGA for allowing us to setup at the storefront, and for Pepsi for donating the use of the event trailer.

CLB Car Wash at All Star Motors
May 9, 2009 - A special thanks to CLB sponsor "All Star Motors" for allowing the girls to conduct a car wash and fish fry fund raiser on Saturday May 9th.
12U & 11U SC State AAU Champions!
May 3, 2009 - Both the 12U and 11U Carolina Lady Ballers emerged this weekend as the SC State AAU Champions in their respective age groups.
The 12U team defeated the Upstate Elite 52-26, and the 11U team defeated the SC Stars 36-17. Both teams went undefeated, 12U (5-0) and 11U (3-0).
12U Finish 2nd Place - YBOA Southeast Regional
April 27, 2009 - The Carolina Lady Ballers competed in the 2009 YBOA Southeast Regional tournament in Atlanta, GA this past weekend. Both the 12U and 11U qualified for nationals in Orlando, Florida.
The 12U team finished second place to the Atlanta Lady Jaguars, losing a hard fought battle 38-30 in the final game. The 12U finished 4-1. Click Photo Below to

The 11U went 2-2 and lost in the Semi-Final round to a the Carolina Lady Ballers - Hiawasee. The final score was 19-18.
12U Wins 3rd Annual "Starburst Invitational"
April 11, 2009 - The 12U team played up this past weekend in the 13U age group, and went 4-0 to take the Gold Bracket Championship. The girls defeated the Winston-Salem Stealers 37 to 22 for first place. And they battled a tough GSO Lady Gator team in the semi-finals only hours earlier, winning 45 to 31.  The 11U team also played up, ending the tournament with a loss in the semi-finals to a very good Angle Elite 12U team. The 11U girls record was 1-2.
